Hopefully there weren’t any guys that died of anticipation out there. The girls had their turn last week and this week I got Barrett and Dave to try on a few sunnies, and I’m loaded up with cheesy one liners to tell you guys all about them.
As you can see Dave is very enthusiastic about the Electric Vegus. With these you’ll get adjustable silicon nose pads, both 8 Base Grilamid frame and Polycarbonate shield lens and 3 barrel stainless steel optical hinges.
Here Barrett professionally models the Anarchy Instrument. These nifty guys have a lightweight and flexible Nylon frame, a 5 barrel metal stop hinge and you can get them in a prescription.
These are the Anon Shocker. Shockingly enough they come with polarized lenses, a wonderfully unique look and Dave’s fantastic smile.
Lady friend and Barrett show off the Ashbury Day Tripper which are hand made in Italy. They have stainless steel hinges for added strength and comfort along with Class 1 Italian made CR39 lenses.
Dave’s fabulousity is greatly enhanced by the Neff Brozeph. You should get these wicked rainbow sunglasses just so you can say Brozeph every time you wear them.
He may look like a hoodlum, but really it’s just the sunglasses, that is, the Electric Hoodlum. With these sunglasses you too could be running around town creating a ruckus with 100% UVA and UVB protection, 6 Base frames and lenses and 3 barrel hinges.
Rome has a select few sunglasses and these are one of them, the Rome Elwood. The best part about these are the polka dotted inside. Follow the link to check it out.
I’m not gonna lie these glasses were a little out there, but if that’s your style, go for it. The Fox The Story have a lightweight and stress resistant O Matter frame, HDO technology and Plutonite lens technology.
Definitely the award for best shades of the day goes to the Neff Flipper…. nuff said.
As Barrett notices something interesting happening on the ceiling go ahead and take a look at the Oakley Montefrio. These guys have High Definition Optics, XYZ optics for clarity in all directions and they are co-designed by the man himself, Shaun White.
Checkered is on the rise with the Spy Hourglass. These particular sunglasses are molded in comfortable propionate, have an oversized 8mm hinge and have hand polished custom metal details.
The sunglasses on Barrett’s face are the Smith Serpico. Those gold beauties have TLT carbonic lenses, wire frame construciton and 9×3 Toric lens curvature.
Notice carefully the switch that has been made. Now Barrett’s face features the Vans Wingman. The price on these hogs get it done better than Goose ejecting from a jet plane… ooooh, to soon?
I ran out of Dave pictures so here is another one of the Flipper
If you’re ever down to wear pink sunglasses as rad as these Spy Astral be aware of any manikin hands. But don’t worry these will be able to take the blow with a state of the art forged aluminum construction, custom hidden spring hinges and Epoxy coated temple tips for increased comfort.
I’m running low on clever things to say so simply enough these are the Oakley Probation. On these you can look for optimized peripheral vision, optical clarity and glare reduction and balanced light transmission.
Barrett isn’t an ambiturner so if you’ll notice over his right shoulder, the Smith The Don. And no, it’s not the JP Walker sunglasses, it’s just The Don. With The Don you get 8 Base lens curvature, carbonic TLT lenses and they are RX compatible.
So there you go guys I hope this helped in making your summer time sun wear decisions. Enjoy the warm out doors!
