It’s that time of year again, time to get a new deck. If you can only get just one how do you choose? Most people choose the boards by the construction materials and graphic. Luckily enough is Top Ten Snowboard Graphics of 2013/2014 list has boards that ride great AND look cool. Take a closer look.

Look at this beauty, just look at it. With all narcotic references set aside, the Burton Nug Snowboard is one sweet little doobie. Burton always puts out great graphics and the Nug’s conceptual drive sets it apart from many bland decks. In addition to the Burton Nug looking rad it actually features scratch and sniff topsheet sections that smell like pine. Neat.
Capita Defenders of Awesome Snowboard
What would make you feel more secure than a gun toting babe defending your awesomeness? Not much. The Capita Defenders of Awesome Snowboard, A.K.A. DOA, blasts a hole right through lame graphics everywhere. If you like the 80’s you’ll like the DOA.
DC Tone Snowboard
There is has always been an odd association with ski partol and death/life. That’s why the DC Tone Snowboard has a creature from the living dead on it; that’s right a zombie. Each size of the Tone has a different graphic with the same theme. The sintered base die-cut is a nice touch.

Oh Danny boy. Danny Kass has had is wild assortment of pro model graphics, and this season’s might be the best yet. The Gnu Danny Kass Snowboard thrashes everything and helps make you looked cooler than you actually are.
K2 Fastplant Snowboard
Seek and enjoy with the K2 Fastplant Snowboard. The Fastplant graphic blends a few different influences together to blow your mind. Hopefully your spirit animal matches the one on the size you ride.
Nitro Swindle Snowboard
Every snowboarder want to be a better skateboarder, that’s a fact, or at least it should be. Even if you can’t switch crook you might be able to do a cab 270° front tail back nose (change-up) pretzel out on the Nitro Swindle Snowboard. Does the topsheet feel like grip tape? Yep. Is there a stencil design by Mouse on the deck? Yep. How about a scratch & rip base that changes as the board gets core shots? Yep.

Not only does the Ride Buck Up Snowboard name rock, the graphic does too. Combine Teen Wolf and a hipster and you get a Buck Up. Although I can’t imagine Seb Toots riding this graphic I’m sure glad that it’s available.

The first thing that came to my mind when I saw the Salomon Assassin Snowboard was “Damn!”. The Assassin looks like a mash-up of a viking shield and a Sailor Jerry tattoo. If you want to start killing it, or want to look like you do, get the Assassin.

When Pete Harvieux dropped of this year’s The Interior Plain Project Harrow Snowboard I couldn’t believe my eyes. Out of the Antique Futuristic Collection the Harrow represents many things to many people. What does it mean to you, pure epicness? Probably.
