2011 Rossignol Taipan Amptek Snowboard

Rossignol Snowboards, Snowboard Boots, Bindings, Skis, Ski Boots, BindingsThis is the Rossignol Taipan snowboard. It is an All Mountain freestyle snowboard that does come in midwide options. Its directional shape will keep you afloat in the powder. The nose and the tail are going to be the exact same shape and the stance is actually set back. Rossignol AmpTek All Mountain profile is very unique. There is 1.5mm of camber in between the bindings and underneath the bindings the nose and the tail are going to slightly rocker up. There’s a radial side-cut radius that keeps a consistent smooth edge at both slow and fast speeds. The core is a 6420 core. It’s a wood core that has laminates that run from tip to tail and the base is a 4400 sintered base. It’s die cut as well. The graphics definitely pop. You can’t see the graphic very good but I can, and it looks amazing. It was done by an artist named Mitchell Horne that collaborated with Rossignol to do this great design. Again this is an All Mountain Taipan Rossignol snowboard.
