Unspoken Rules of the Skatepark

Rules are about as cool as polio, but following them is probably the best way to keep your local park from getting shut down. However, most people at the park have no sense of etiquette, who says you can’t be a gentleman and a skater? We found this set of rules to be a little more relevant than the usual ‘wear your helmet’ stuff, so we thought we should pass it on to you. Above all, just try not to be too obnoxious, because remember, even though the skatepark is there for you, neighbors and passersby would often love nothing more than to shut it down and build a fro-yo stand there instead. The only thing this list is missing is the common courtesy of going over to the bowl when you have to fart, that way no one’s skating will be interrupted.
