We’ve hand-selected a list of our Top 5 All-Mountain Freestyle Snowboards of 2019, for those who can’t seem to stick to one part of the resort. We’ve grabbed boards from Burton, Rossignol, Ride, Capita, and DC, to give you a little taste of what we believe provide the best all-mountain versatility. Whether you’re blasting out of the pipe, slapping steel, or taking it to the back bowls, these decks are proven to be true all mountain ATV’s. Each one of these boards is crafted with the idea that one board can rule them all and while you’re struggling to max out your snowboard quiver others are simply grabbing one of these and blasting the doors off everyone else on the way down.

2019 Burton Custom Snowboard

A true board of many hats, the 2019 Burton Custom Snowboard is Burton’s all-mountain freestyle machine that wreaks havoc among its more futile rival snowboards on the hill. It is not uncommon to see this board under the feet of a plethora of different riders from pipe jocks, jumping jimmys and even the park rats have grown fond of the Burton Customs tried and true profile.  Burton also made our top 5 park snowboards, and top 5 freeride snowboards this year as well.  Its directional twin shape gives it a real feel while standing forward but performs just as well in a switch mode when need be. True OG’s will appreciate its traditional camber profile that adds plenty of pop, edge control, and energy throughout the entire profile. A little on the stiffer side, we settled this deck at a 6/10, but Burton’s Squeezebox Core profiling gives this board some torsional flex by milling the core in different zones through the length of the deck. The Burton Custom is tried, true and authentic to those camber junkie all-mountain goats who crave strong snap, pop, and life out of their boards.

The 2019 Rossignol One LF has been deemed the most versatile all-mountain board in the Rossignol arsenal. The One LF is the deck of choice when you can only have one board to rule them all. Its directional twin shape allows for a board that performs great on the corduroy and just as well in the powder. The trick lies in the edges of this deck, the One LF features a RadCut sidecut that adds serrated contact points throughout the length of the edge to add traction and grip on icy and hardpack terrain that normally would let your edges slip out. The Rossignol One LF is a leading deck in the industry and reigns as the weapon of choice for many big league riders.
