K2 Maysis Plus Boots
Imagine every great thing you know about the K2 Maysis, and then imagine it with a handful of upgrades, that’s what the new 2016 K2 Maysis Plus Snowboard Boot is all about.
Everything loved about the Maysis is there; the BOA Conda that snuggly wraps the Intuition Pro Foam 3D Liner, the Endo Construction still allows the boots to flex consistently throughout it’s lifetime, and of course Harshmellow underfoot dampening.
The Maysis Plus upgrades include a wide range a tech. The Vibram V4 Outsole focuses on durability, weight reduction, grip, and a classic lug design. Although the Maysis Plus only has one BOA external tension system, it works and feels as if it has two BOA dials because of the Tailored Zonal Fit customization. On the lateral side of the shell the Tailor Zonal Fit system has three different tension notch setting; one with a lower tension bias, one for neutral tension, and one for a upper tension bias.
With a slightly stiff flex and response the K2 Maysis Plus, with all of it’s customization and comfort, is a boot that can master the whole mountain. Reaching the next level couldn’t be easier, especially if your ride in the Maysis Plus.
