This is for the jumper. This is for the hard-charger who’s out in the park, who knows basically how to do everything. It does have a Flex Rating of a 3 so it is going to be a little bit softer of a board but that’s okay because it’s amazing. It of course has the Burton channel system and V Rocker- a continuous rocker shape.

It has a rocker on the nose, rocker on the tail, V rocker in the middle, and underneath the binding, it actually has the frost bite edges which extend out just a little bit so when you’re in the turns on hard pack or setting up for that hundred-foot hip, you’re not going to wash out at all. It does have a twin shape, but it has a directional flex. So the tail’s going to load up and be a little bit stiffer than the nose.

The core of this board is a superfly core with dual-zone EDG. It has hard and soft laminate woods that run tip to tail, then along the edges it has perpendicular wood grains for a little bit more stiffness and response and edge hold for your board.

It also has a negative profile. Underneath the bindings, the wood is going to be a little bit thicker and then in between the bindings and on the nose and the tail, it’s going to be little bit thinner.

This causes a nice, even, smooth flex. The fiberglass in the board is Triax fiberglass. Fiberglass runs at 45 degrees, negative 45 degrees, and at 0 degrees. The Process V Rocker Snowboard has a center base as well, so this thing is going to be a little more porous, it’s going to be a lot faster, and you will need to maintain and wrap-sustain more than an extruded base.

The edges are Burton‘s Frost Bite edges, so underneath the bindings, those things are going to stick out just a touch, and they do have the grip and rip edges throughout. The sidewalls are the indestructible 10-40 dual-angle sidewalls. What else make this board special is the fact that TransWorld gave the Burton Process V Rocker a platinum pick, it has a smooth ride dampening system.

In this board, you will find a dampening system that will help reduce the negative energy when your going through chowder, or when you are going down that super long run with multiple climates. You know, where it’s snowing on top, then sleeting, then foggy, and you’re going through so much different terrain, the smooth ride dampening system is going to help reduce the negative energy transferred from your board to you body.

It has the scoop around the nose and around the tail. Burton has a devised a little technology that scoops up the contact edges and the nose and the tail so you won’t catch them on the snow when you’re buttering around.

It does also have jumper cables which are energy carbon strands that run from underneath your bindings to the tip and to the tail of your board. It also has pro-tip which works well with the negative profile board shape. Burton has reduced the amount of material on the nose and the tail, causing for a nice thin nose, nice thin tail which reduces swing rate, and it also has the infinite ride system.
