2011 Liquid Force SST Wakeskate Review

The Liquid Force Obscura SST Wakeskates has Progressive 3 Stage Rocker and are  duel-deck wakeskates. These feature two compression molded decks sandwiched together to give you a Wakeskate that’s alive.  The deck springs and flexes. You can load it off and rebound off the bottom deck which gives this board extra ollie and pop off the wicks.  The top deck of the SST features a deep concave running through the center and really exaggerated kicks at the ends. The bottom deck features a single concave running through the center and variable edge rails that get progressively sharper as you go out the end of the board, which gives you control and hold. Grant Roberts is riding the 40.5 this year, and Danny Hanson’s board is the 42 SST.
