Rome Snowboards is busy touring the country showing off their new movie— The Shred Remains— but since they can’t make it to every single town in America they’re keeping the website stocked with fresh footage too. ShredTV is rolling out clips every week and they just posted this edit from a trip to Bjorn Leines’ jib farm.
Bjorn has been keeping busy with new additions to the Celtek training facility, but thats not all. He has a great part in The Shred Remains that should wipe away any lingering doubts about his status being anything but legendary. He and the members of the Rome team have even more footage from the jib farm in the movie, so don’t miss it if it comes your way.
Just last weekend they had a premiere in Encinitas, CA and as night fell on an otherwise ordinary parking lot, the asphalt was transformed into a skatepark/theatre as the Rome van rolled in and out came team riders Laurent Nicolas Paquin and Johnny Lazz, cracking beers and jokes for a truly unique premiere experience.
The Shred Remains features the legit street riding you’d expect, but also has a surprising amount of backcountry domination full of double corks and *gasp* amazing snowboarding from their ladies. Both Marie-France Roy and Marie Hucal have their own parts that truly cement the Rome girls as the best in the business.
