Element Wants To Send You To The Berrics

It’s a tough time of year. It keeps getting harder and harder to please the masses because half of you guys out there still have snow, and half of you have hung it up and started skate season. If you’ve traded in your backflips for kickflips, look for the Element Make It Count International Event Series. Now you might be saying “No way bro, contests are bunk/for sellouts/just a waste of time….but wait. This contest can get you a trip to The Berrics, and you know you wouldn’t mind a private session with Eric Koston and Steve Berra at their private skate warehouse. To top it off, winners also get a trip to the Element YMCA Skate Camp.

The contest has already rolled through most corners of the states once, but it’s making two laps so there’s a good chance it’ll be by again soon. The entry fee is only going to set you back one canned food item, which we assume will be going to a local charity or something and not to recent Transworld cover boy Nyjah Huston because he’s already got plenty of goods. Additionally, each stop will feature select pros from the Element skate team like Donny Barley, Ray Barbee and more. Maybe they’ll even teach you a trick or two that you can use during your run to The Berrics.

The next stop is April 16 in San Jose, California and from there it hits the rest of the time zones, including you oft-forgotten Puerto Rico. Check out Element for the rest of the details and if you win, take us with you to The Berrics—they won’t return our calls!
