High Cascade Session Two Edit

HCSC 2011: Session 2 Recap from High Cascade Snowboard Camp on Vimeo.

Snowboarders have it good. Most kids who are really trying to get out there and get after their sport of choice sign up for summer camps, go learn some new workouts, do some sprints, maybe lift some weights…ordinary team sport stuff. Snowboarders, on the other hand, get to go to a dreamland-like park in the middle of the kicked-back Oregon woodlands. Not to mention that this glimmering glacier is also the place to find all the best pros, and a pretty sweet skatepark. Yes, with all this at your disposal you can most certainly outdo the jocks on show-and-tell day once school starts back up.

High Cascade Snowboard Camp is clearly in full swing, as evidenced by the above edit from Transworld. By know, its probably loaded and you’ve stopped reading this, but in case you haven’t here’s the dirt. Your eight days in heaven come with two parks full o’ fun, professional coaching, 22,000 square feet of skate parks, and plenty more activities to keep you cursing the need for sleep.

All this, in addition to the signature sessions, which allow you to choose which pros you want to ride with. The kids at the last session got to kick it with the Frends, some of the fellas from Trife — blowing up near you very soon— and regulars like Mike Rav, Scotty Vine, Matty Mo, and Spencer Schubert, who gets the trick-of-the-edit award.
