Local TV station WCCO came out last week to cover the latest US Airbag event, “Leap For Local Business”. The event was held in an effort support local business that have been impacted by the Light Rail Construction in Minneapolis. Local adrenalin junkies were able to get their kicks by jumping off the a 40 foot scissor lift into a air bag or as they like to call say, “Soft Landings For Superheros.” The highlight of the event, besides jumping, was watching local BMX Crew, Twin Cities Fancy Factory, launch thems self off two story building into the Airbag. Despite the apparent danger no one was hurt during the event and I would highly recommend taking the leap, when an USAirbag event comes to a city or resort near you.
