Review: Burton Invader Snowboard Boots

Dave here at The House talking about the Burton Invader snowboard boots. This snowboard boot replaces the Tribute in their line. A real good bang for the buck snowboard boot for entry-level rider or somebody that is maybe looking for a cheaper park snowboard boot.
What you got here is a synthetic leather and cord uric instruction, very durable, very waterproof. Traditional lacing with there new hooks, defiantly hold it a little bit better throughout the day. Other than that, full rubber out sole with ice spikes, really good at gripping the pipe as you’re hiking up it, or just hiking around anywhere. Traditional lace system, kind of designed to look like a skate shoe on this one. That runs into their liner. This is the imprint one liner. It’s fully heat moldable. You can just ‘rock’ them right out of the box, and they’ll mold with the heat of your foot, or you can take them to a Burton dealer and get them heated up yourself.
Laces are attached to the liner on this one. Real easy quick pull that Burton is famous for, works very, very well. From there, you move into a level one liner. Really good shock absorption and also helps keeps your heal in place when your eye won’t scooch around at all. Like I said, just a really good entry-level snowboard boot, good entry level freestyle snowboard boot as well too, at a good price point.
