We are seeking an experienced category/brand director for the The House proprietary brands of outdoor clothing and equipment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
  • Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
  • Assisting with product development and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
  • Competitor and customer insights analysis
  • Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales

Social Media Director

TheHouse.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of Camping World Holdings, is seeking
an experienced Social Media Director to lead the strategy, maintenance and growth
for all of The House.com social media platforms.

Reporting into the SVP, Sales & Marketing, the Social Media Director will oversee
and manage social media channels for TheHouse.com and it's sister brands.
Responsibilities include the following: overall social media strategy and
implementation; production of original collateral; implementation of innovative
projects and content; quantitative analysis of individual channels/platforms and
forecasting; supporting the Marketing & Programming teams with other special
projects and events. 

Responsibilities and Duties (Including 1 Direct Report)

  • Manage and grow social media platforms for TheHouse.com and it’s sister brands
  • Enhance our social media strategy for all sales channels for TheHouse.com and it’s sister brands
  • Develop, edit, and share content daily
  • Implement and oversee a content and posting calendar
  • Set growth and engagement goals
  • Management of social media campaigns and day-to- day activities including: user engagement, social media copy, community-outreach efforts, digital campaigns, and partnerships with digital influencers
  • Stay up-to- date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
  • Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed
  • Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results
  • Compile reports for management showing results (ROI)

Website Quality Assurance Director

growing ecommerce sporting goods company. We are seeking a multi disciplinary
Engineer a combination of Quality Assurance (QA) engineer and a systems Engineer
to develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality
and to veil for the systems once deployed to production.

The responsibilities include designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions.
The role plays an important part in our company’s product development process. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs, while being cost-effective.
You will be responsible for testing complex applications. Knowledge of front-end and back-end development processes and environments are essential and respecting the quality of the end-product and taking in pride in the work is a must. You will test across various browsers and devices, and document and communicate the user experience to ensure a seamless result.
Ultimately, you should monitor all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions before and after release to production to meet quality standards.
Qualified engineers will have a background in IT, computer systems engineering, or systems engineering and analysis.


  • Participate in specification workshops working closely to software developers, business analysts and stakeholders. Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
  • Analyse the requirements and creation of test plan
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
