We here at The House encourage you to plan on shopping earlier than you usually would this season. No matter where your holiday shopping takes you, shopping early will help you avoid any possible shipping delays. We are working closely with our shipping partners to manage our holiday shipping timelines.

Curbside Hours:
Monday-Friday 10am-7pm CST
Saturday 10am-5pm CST

Limited Covid-19 Shipping Restrictions

Due to Covid-19 many shipping carriers are experiencing delays in specific regions of the country.

Please expect 3-6 business days for most shipments and 7-10 days for bikes and oversized items.

Please allow 15-20 business days on select Framed custom built bikes.

At this time we are prioritizing the health of our employees and are fulfilling orders as efficiently as possible. Lager items and bikes with assembly will increase shipping time. We apologize for any inconvenience in delayed shipments.

Restrictions to Our Free Ground Shipping

A number of items require special shipping and handling due to their larger size. Bikes, Bike Wheels, Travel Bags, Board Bags, Water Trampolines, Windsurf Bags, Inflatables, Windsurfers, Paddleboards, Kayaks, Wakesurfers and Surfboards.

Shipping rates are available in the cart based on delivery location.

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM CST will ship the same day.
  • Orders placed over the weekend or Holiday will ship the next business day.
  • All eligible orders will be shipped with a two business day delivery If Billing and Shipping addresses are different allow tadditional day for delivery.
  • Only available for orders shipped in the contiguous lower 48 States (excludes AK, HI and international orders)
  • Excludes PO Boxes and APO addresses
  • Excludes oversized items such as Bikes, Bike Wheels, Paddleboards, etc. (see our oversized item shipping policy)
  • Allow 1 additional day for alternate addresses (billing and shipping addresses different)
  • Not valid on Backorders

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are shipped free of charge by US Mail First Class.

Shipping Carriers

  • Express orders to the Contiguous United States are shipped FedEx Ground, US Priority mail or FedEx Air. All Post Office (P.O.) Boxes will be shipped using Priority Mail.
  • Orders to APO, AE, AA, AP or any other Armed Services deliveries are shipped using United States Postal Service (USPS) only.
  • Ground Orders to Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam and American Samoa are shipped using United States Postal Service (USPS) . Air shipments are sent via FedEx Air.
  • Ground Orders to Alaska & Hawaii are shipped using United States Postal Service (USPS).
  • All orders of windsurfers, kayaks and paddleboards are shipped by Truck Line only due to size.

FedEx may require a signature for delivery on packages delivered to apartments or packages of high value.

IMPORTANT: Delivery time is calculated in BUSINESS DAYS. Shipments are delivered Monday to Friday.

NOTE: The House is not liable for shipping delays due to weather.
