Indo Training is the perfect exercise to keep your body in balance for Stand Up Paddle Boarding or any sport. If you missed our last off-season SUP training class now is your chance to take advantage of part 2. The event will take place on Sunday, April 28th from 11-12pm. There will be two 30 min classes during that time. Registration is limited so register early to reserve your spot.

How does the Balance Core Challenge work?
Master your balance skills on the Indo board in this fun challenge class. By incorporating balance on the Indo board with core and strength-building exercises, you will sculpt long lean muscles, improve endurance, develop incredible balance skills and train your body in a totally different way. This class was developed by Standup paddleboard (SUP) Yoga Instructor, Group fitness instructor and Windward team rider, Mary Lou Cerami.
