Bic Sport C Tec Racer at Windward Boardshop

Bic C-Tec Tracer Paddle Board (12’6, 14’0)

The perfect board for the rider looking to get into racing is the Bic C-Tec Tracer Paddleboard. The name Tracer comes from blending touring and race and that’s exactly what the Tracer can do. With a defined displacement hull and narrow, rounded body, the Tracer hast a fast, smooth glide and stable overall feel. The more experienced racer will enjoy the 14′ model with it’s narrow 28″ width. The 12’6 get’s another inch of width but still maintains the same overall shape. The deep nose section in both sizes helps to maximize stability in rougher conditions and the narrow tail (shaped just like the tail on the successful Wing series of boards) allows for minimal drag and smooth exit in and out of turns. The generous volume adds stability which also makes the 12’6 a perfect touring / long distance board and the overall low profile keeps both sizes from catching any wind on rough days which also adds to the stable feel and comfortable ride.
