Mark your calendars for the first official Windward event to raise money for the Windy City Waterman’s (Matt Lennert) SUP charity crossing of Lake Michigan. Windward will be working with Matt all summer long to support his cause so to get things started right we are hosting an evening of food, drinks, music and charity here at the shop. Naish team riders Chuck Patterson and Karen Wren will be in attendance hanging out and we’ll be offering raffle tickets with every donation for some sweet gear. The official raffle will be drawn on August 19th and the proceeds will go to two local charities: Common Threads and the Alliance for the Great Lakes.
