Looking for a good workout to stay SUP fit in the SUP offseason? Join Mary Lou Cerami at Windward Boardshop on Sunday, March, 24th from 11am-12pm for a FREE SUP off season training class. Indo boards and water will be provided for the session so all you’ll need to bring is yourself and a positive attitude.  Space is limited so be sure to reserve your spot before it fills up.

How does the Balance Core Challenge work?

SUP Off Season Balance Core Class

Master your balance skills on the Indo board in this fun challenge class. By incorporating balance on the Indo board with core and strength-building exercises, you will sculpt long lean muscles, improve endurance, develop incredible balance skills and train your body in a totally different way. This class was developed by Standup paddleboard (SUP) Yoga Instructor, Group fitness instructor and Windward team rider, Mary Lou Cerami.

It’s challenging, different & fun! 4-week series starts 4/7 at Ganesha Yoga studio at 3pm Sundays.
