Just received new Sumo Max Flow pump and Sumo max bags (675 lbs). The fill time was awesome, 3 mins flat. But the empty time was disappointing at over 10 mins. Why such a difference in fill and empty times?

BEST ANSWER: Hello,
I am not sure why you're experiencing such a difference in drain times. The only thing that I can think of is that once the water in the bag gets low, it's hard to get the water where you need it to be in order to drain, so it involves more moving the bag around to get it all. If that isn't the issue, I don't see why it should be so different. Generally we see a 1-3 minute difference between fill and drain times.
