I am an older skier needing a wakesurfer. New to this. I am 5'9 and 175 lbs. What size would be a good board for me?

BEST ANSWER: Some of it depends on the amount of ballast you are running and the boat you are using. The bigger the wave, the more power it will have, the less large the board needs to be. To complicate matters, not all board lengths translate to weights. The Liquid Force Noserider here that is 5'2" is likely a good board for someone under 200 lbs that is a beginner. I have a 5'6" noserider for beginners over 200 lbs or for riding Tandem with my daughters, and I have the 5'2 Noserider for beginners under 200 lbs. As you improve you will want more of a performance board but this is a great board to learn to get up and ride wirelessly.
