mad decent
Good jacket that's proven to be waterproof so far. The only down side is volcom sizes run long, like real long. Its also not heavily insulated but makes a great outer shell.

How warm is this jacket?
A shopper on Dec 31, 2015
BEST ANSWER: The jacket has a fleece liner. Since it is wind proof it is pretty warm. I was warm enough in very cold (0-10 degrees) and windy conditions snowboarding in Montana even while riding long lifts. I was wearing a thermal top and lightweight fleece shirt under the jacket. It wouldn't be a good choice if you are planning to use in situations where it is very cold and you are very inactive (e.g. sitting for long periods of time).
