Awesome boots and they look terrific. Great quality and appear to be very well made and durable. A bit too stiff for me right out of the box but they are breaking in a little now after 10 days of riding in them. If you want them a little softer don’t crank down on the BOA or the Velcro shin straps, leave them a little loose. On my 3rd day riding in them I installed the heel rention insert. Eventually made some adjustments to it by cutting small sections out where I had pressure points. This has become one of my favorite features of this boot and it really does work well. My heels are noticeably tighter in the pocket and lift is non-existent. Heat molded the liners before I rode in them for the first time. The toe box was extremely tight at first, even after the initial heat molding. I eventually cut the the ends off a couple of pairs of old socks and doubled up on them on my toes, then put my actual sock on over them. Heat molded again and the extra material around my toes worked to open the toe box up significantly. They beacame far more comfortable at that point.

Overall these are great boots and right now I don’t see any reason that they will not last 3-4 seasons if I choose to ride them that long. Only reason for four stars is the stiffness. This is more personal preference than a downfall with the actual boot. Hopefully they continue to break in and soften up more as I ride in them.
