I love these trainers for road running
I have recently done more road running so wanted to get a road specific trainers. Firstly, I was amazed how lightweight these are. They fit like a glove and provide the right amount of cushioning when I'm pounding along the tarmac. The upper part of the trainer is soft and moulds to my oddly shaped feet well! I've been using the trainer for almost three months and am so happy with it.

Super stable
Simple and stable. The decoupling does exactly what it was designed to do. The only downside is the rigid seam next to the 1st MPJ can cause fit issues, but regardless it's still a 5 star shoe.

Great feel; great fit!
I bought the shoes online. Really like the feel. I wore them while walking in the Komen Race For the Cure.

Great support
I am 63 and just reviving my running skills. I needed shoes to run on a track. I have had no problems with these. I did expect the easy laces, but instead these have tie laces. I was disappointed with that feature.

I love them, but I'm not sure they love me back
I was torn between trying the RA and the Max, but figured going with the Max was a safe bet since I'm training for my first 100 miler and I really need to have a shoe in in rotation that has cushion. They are gorgeous! I love the colors. I took them for my first run and noticed the right heel was slipping, so I stopped and butterfly laced them and decided to cut my run short to 3 miles. I had a blister and thought that maybe it was just because the back of my heels were sore perhaps from doing hill repeats the day before.

I wanted to try these out on a towpath similar to the terrain that I'm doing my 100 miler and popped on a blister bandaid and decided to give it a go. 3 miles, later the bandaid fell off. So I tried duct tape, that fell off too. I tried a 3rd bandaid, readjusted the laces to just go up to the top hole (not butterfly laced and decided to suck it up for the rest of the run since I was with friends. 25 miles on heel blister is not one of my smartest decisions, but I'm an ultra marathoner so, clearly I'm not that bright to begin with.

Besides the blister, they felt great. The ride is soft but not overly squishy and they are responsive and handled beautifully on the towpath. The next day, my legs and feet felt mostly great. Mostly, in that the back of my heel is a disaster on the right foot and I have 3 blisters. The toe blisters I can live with, I've got super cute double bunions and I'm used having to find a wider toebox. I'm hobbled on the back heel though. I'm not sure why the left foot was fine and the right looks like something out of a Stephen King book, but here we are. I really want them to work, but I'm wondering if maybe they aren't the right fit for me. :(

These would be a 5 star shoe for sure, if it wasn't for the podiatry carnage today. I'll try again with KT tape and super glue if I have to and report back.
