Description: Ridley Fenix Bike

The Ridley Fenix is our premier ‘all around’ bike. It offers a perfect balance between true race performance, proven strength and durability and all day ride comfort. Make no mistake. This is not a lounge chair. Just ask Lotto Soudal who actively campaigned the frame in the WorldTour spring classics in 2015. André Greipel, sprinting ace, was surprised by the combination of stiffness that transferred his power into forward motion, and shock absorption, which helped him stay seated on the roughest cobbled road sections.

I typically ride a 56cm frame and I am about 5'10 or 5'11... Would I Ride a M or L in this ridley? Thanks!
Tyler G on Feb 21, 2019
I'd put you on a large.
Hello, I asked the long question below, and did not realize that i would show as an anonymous shopper, my apologies.
Also, The chain rings show as 50/34. What are the crank lengths? 172.5 or 175's? Thank you once again.

BEST ANSWER: To answer your questions:
1. This bike is considered the 2016 Ridley Fenix Sl30 - this is not the A or C.
2. The bike has Shimano Ultegra 6800
3. The cassette is the Shimano Ultegra R800 11-32; this is meant to have a higher gear to be able to climb hills with less effort.
4. Long derailleur
5. Without fulling seeing the bike out of box, and with the size you are asking about, our best guess is 42 for the handlebar width. We will get a more accurate estimation if we do have the bike in stock.
6. The same goes with the dropper - our best estimate is 125. We do not make the Ridley's, so these are our best guesses also.
7. Handlebar stem length is 100.
I would like to clarify a previous question, this bike is a 2017 Ridley Fenix SL, and NOT a ā€œCā€ or ā€œAā€ correct?
I have lots of details questions which are not provided. I am looking at the Ridlley Fenix SL in the large size.
Shimano Ultegra is listed. Which version of Ultegra R6700, 6800, 8000, or some other model?
The Cassette is list as Shimano, which version?
Is the rear derailleur a short, medium, or long cage?
The handlebar is 4ZA Stratos. What is the width 38, 40, 42, or 44? What is the Drop, 125, or 144?
The handle bar stem is listed as Stratos, but what length? 90, 100, 110, 120, 140?
This is bike is a great deal, but not so much of a deal, if many of the components are the wrong size for me.

BEST ANSWER: Thanks for reaching out, unfortunately we do not have access to the bike as it is in our warehouse in a box. The best way to get detailed info would be to contact Ridley directly.
What year is this model, and what is the max tire clearance?
A shopper on Feb 19, 2019
BEST ANSWER: This would be the 2017 Fenix. The Manufacturer does not list a maximum tire size for this model unfortunately. Jusding by the frame and brakes a good guess would be 28c.
Do you know what the effective top tube length for this bike is?
Chip H on Jan 12, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Unfortunately this bike is located in our online warehouse and therefore is not accessible to measure. Have you tried contacting Ridley?
