Great Bike
We purchased this for our 10 year old son's first trick bike. It's been AWESOME and he loves it. He uses it primarily at skateboard parks and it's perfect for him. Right size, weight - EVERYTHING. Great deal, excellent service, fast shipping!

Great purchase!!
This bike is substantially better than the department store bikes. The brake alone makes this bike worth every penny. It actually stops the bike!!! Try that with a department store bike and it will creep to a stop.

Can this bike take pegs
?
A shopper on Jul 27, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Hi,
Yep... 3/8th in the front and 14mm in the rear.
Can a 6ft tall 165lb adult ride this bike ? If not then what do you recommend
A shopper on Aug 18, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Hey,
Yes, someone that size definitely could ride the Framed Team. However, with a top tube length of only 20in, it will be a little bit small. I would recommend a bike with at least a 21in top tube such as the Framed Attack XL found here: https://www.the-house.com/qfrattx20bkyl16zz-framed-bmx-bikes.html
Can a 4foot 8 kid ride it or would it be to big?
Deadman on Jul 15, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Hi Donovan,
Yes, someone who is 4 foot 8 inches can ride this bike casually. Riding around the neighborhood or to school, this would be a great option. However s/he will have a hard time doing tricks, so if s/he is planning on doing tricks, I recommend going with an 18in bike.
Can you put pegs on it?
Deadman on Jul 10, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Hi Donovan,
Yes, you definitely can put pegs on the Framed Team! The front axle has a 3/8in diameter and the rear has a 14mm, so you will need pegs that can do both, which is pretty standard nowadays!
Can I use this for dirt racing?
Kryptic R on Oct 18, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Hey,
No, I would not recommend the Framed Team for dirt racing. You will want to look at something like the GT Mach One (https://www.the-house.com/qgtmo20be19zz-gt-bmx-bikes.html) or DK Sprinter Expert (https://www.the-house.com/qdkspe20rd19zz-dk-bmx-bikes.html) for a good budget-friendly dirt racing bike.
Are the tires fat?
A shopper on Sep 16, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Hey,
No, not really. They're pretty standard 2.3in wide BMX tires.
Would you recommend this bike for a 9 year old?
A shopper on Jul 26, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Hey,
It depends how tall the 9 year old it. If s/he is 4'8" or taller, this bike will be good for cruising around the neighborhood. If s/he is shorter than 4'8", I would recommend an 18in bike found here: https://www.the-house.com/kids-bmx-bikes.html?nocache=1&refine.pagenumber=1&refine.type=18in. At this time, we do have a more inexpensive 18in bike on order. It is expected to arrive in the coming weeks.
How assembled dose the bike come?
A shopper on Jul 21, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Hey!
All complete bikes are sold and delivered partially assembled. Final assembly should be done by a qualified bike technician. Failure to have the bike assembled by a qualified technician may void the warranty and could result in damage and/or injury if not assembled correctly. As an industry standard, some bikes might have minor cosmetic blemishes due to the nature of shipping.

Essentially, the bike comes put together other than the seat, pedals, front wheel, and handlebars. Though the brakes won't be tuned and the wheels may or may not be trued.
how big is the stem?
A shopper on Jul 20, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Hey!
According to Framed: 60-80mm length & 25.4mm diameter
Does this bike have gyros?
Chris on Jun 24, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Hi Chris,
No, the Framed Team does not come with a gyro. The least expensive 20in BMX bike that does have a gyro is the Eastern Orbit for $269.95. You can find it here https://www.the-house.com/qeaorb20bk17zz-eastern-bmx-bikes.html
Have a good one!
Does this bike have a freecoaster rear wheel?
A shopper on Jun 24, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Hello,No, unfortunately, the Framed Team does not have a freecoaster rear hub. The least expensive option that we currently have in stock with a freecoaster hub is the Kink Gap FC found here: https://www.the-house.com/qkigafc20mgb19zz-kink-bmx-bikes.htmlHave a good one!
