Awesome hub, mediocre rim
The hub is awesome and the wheel is build true with nice spokes. The rim however sucks IMHO. I could not get any of the 4 tires I had to mount evenly. Every single one would have a spot where the bead would not pop over the shoulder. I would soap up the tires and take my time inflating them but nothing I did would fix this. I used a compressor and a hand pump. I inflated them to 60 psi, but literally nothing would get them to seat right.
So I took the wheel to my local shop and had them put a Sun Ringle Mulefut rim on there and haven't had any issues. at all

Great Purchase
I bought a wheelset individually without the add-on tires. There was a packaging error. The rear hub faced outward and punctured the shipping box. During shipment, the protrusion caused an endcap to break and a burr to form on the hub. It was a real hassle figuring out what was missing, provide measurements and other proof. It took two weeks and several phone calls before the problem was admitted and a new end cap would be sent. Everything eventually worked out. The hub seems quieter than most. The sale price was fantastic.

Is the hub 11-speed Shimano Compatible?
ToddH on Jul 29, 2018
Joel is correct, the Pub Hub that comes on this wheel will be compatible with an 11-speed Shimano cassette.
What type of freehub body does the Pub hub have? The reason I ask is that I keep breaking three Pawl steel freehub bodies. A 4 or 6 Pawl steel freehub would be ideal.
A shopper on Jan 10, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I'm a clydesdale and this hub is very strong. I haven't taken it apart myself, but its supposed to be a 6 pawl.
Will this hub accept the SRAM PG 1210 Eagle, 11-50t?

I have a KHS 4-Seasons with 197mm rear hub spacing and a standard QR system, would I need an adapter to use my QR?
Lemhi_Mtn_Ryder on Nov 17, 2016
If your KHS 4-Season is an aluminum frame and uses a quick release it is more than likely a 190mm, not a 197. In that case this wheel will not work. If your frame is carbon fiber and uses a thru axle it is more than likely a 197mm, in which case this wheel will work.
