Will4.8 tires fit the rear tri angle of the Minnesota3.0?
A shopper on Feb 2, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I bought a used 3.0 and it had 4.7 tires. Not sure I would go much bigger. Any mud or snow would pack in pretty easy. Of course, tire profile changes with rim width, so a wider rim might shallow out the tire profile. There is a version of the 3.0 that is a wide tire version, and I would assume the frame is the same.
is the frame 3.0 for tapered fork?

BEST ANSWER: I would suggest the 18" frame in the Minnesota 3.0 for your height and inseam.

I am a bigbody frame guy?
jose e on Feb 24, 2015

Given your inseam length I would advise you to an 18" frame seeing as how the Minnesota 3.0 has a longer feel in the cockpit.
