Built specifically with the female rider at the focus, the Minnesota 1.0 Women's delivers a more comfortable fit and a better ride for female cyclists. The geometry is geared with a shorter top tube which improves control at higher speeds and over rough terrain. This also creates a more comfortable position for the rider. Additionally the handlebars are narrower and the saddle is women's specific. These gender tuned touch points further add to the increased comfort and control of this bike. What we didn't change are the tried and true SRAM and Avid components that make the Minnesota line the highest quality value fat bike in the market. This bike is ready to stand up to everything you can throw at it. No need to conform to clunky bikes that don't fit any longer. Make this Minnesota your next fat bike and you won't regret it.


The women's Minnesota 1.0 may be reasonably priced, but it's definitely not short on quality and performance. The lightweight 6160 alloy frame has a lower stand over and more women specific dimensions for better comfort and handling. SRAM components allow for effortless rides and ultra-responsive shifting.  Avid BB5 mechanical disc brakes provide reliable stopping power in all temperatures and terrain. The single-wall alloy rims are drilled out for excellent strength to weight ratio. Finally, Framed has equipped the new Minnesota 1.0 with 26" x 4" wire bead tires for durability and traction you have to experience to believe. FRAMED added the Velo Plush Women's specific saddle, designed for performance rides with comfort and Framed 680 mm handlebars for a more comfortable reach and superior control.

To top it off we wanted to make a fat bike that was as multi-purpose as possible, with the Framed Fattie Slims™ and Fattie Trail 29er wheel sets. Fattie Slims™ wheel set" is a ready to ride 29er slick wheel set (w/rotors and cassette mounted). The additional wheel set options (Pat.Pending) allow switching from a fat bike to a lighter and faster "29 Fattie Slims™ wheel set" with no tools or mechanical skills. This is also available in a trail style knobby 2.1" tire for single track and trail conditions.

Warranty
Every Framed Fat Bike frame comes with a (3) year warranty. All components have a (1) year warranty, tires are excluded. The warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship, including manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover any damages or defects caused by abuse, accidents or other incidents that are not the result of normal use of the product. See manufacturer warranty for more information. Warranty is valid for original purchaser only.

NOTE: All bikes are sold and delivered partially assembled. Final assembly should be done by a certified bike technician. Failure to have the bike assembled by a certified bike technician may void the warranty and could result in damage and/or injury if not assembled correctly.
