do these pants have 2 layer insulation?
A shopper on Oct 26, 2020
BEST ANSWER: These are not indsulated. The 2L refers to the fabric and the quality of the waterproofing/breathability. Your average skier would be comfortable skiing in standard 20-30 degree temps with a good midweight 1st layer on underneath. Depends on you tolerance to cold though.
