Description: Nemo Cosmo 3D Wide Sleeping Pad

The beloved Cosmo, known for its durability and versatility, has an exciting profile for 2019. Now with 3D body-mapped baffles, the Cosmo 3D gently cradles the sleeper, keeping them centered on the pad so they don''t end up on the tent floor in the middle of the night. The slightly elevated head gives a chaise lounge effect and helps on uneven terrain. This is the first pad truly sculpted for maximum sleep comfort, and it includes our super-efficient foot pump for fast and simple inflation.

Not Disappointed
I was a little skeptical at first. My experience with various air mattresses over the years has not been positive. I generally use a 3 – 4 inch foam mattress in a bedroll. I had purchased the Cosmo 3D Insulated XL Wide around Xmas time 2019. I have been on a few camping trips where temperatures at night have dipped to mid/high 30’s - low 40’s. I did not feel any cold air seeping through the mattress. At this early stage I had not noticed any air escaping from the mattress. The firmness held all night. The foot pump is easy to use. Packing the mattress was far easier that I had expected.

There is nothing I dont like
From the moment my foot started pumping I loved this pad! The convex shape is exactly what needed in a mat and the upward slope for the head make it very comfortable. Small and light enough for backpacking make this an awesome sleeping pad.

Excellent quality and design
Bought this a few months ago (Size: Regular) and have been living out of my truck 5 days out of every week so it has been utilized often. The contoured design is great, I almost sleep better than on my bed at home! The foot pump feature is sweet so I dont need to waste a bunch of time blowing it up with a pump or the old school way. I plan on buying another for the wife to go next to me (would get the double but the length is too long for my short truck bed) here shortly.

Easy to inflate/deflate, Super comfy
Awesome investment! I don't know why I waited so long to buy a new camping pad. Super comfy. Thickness felt luxurious. Easy to use. Highly recommend!!!

What a pad!
I have the last-gen of this, and it's been fantastic. Compact, lightweight, yet supports me perfectly. The fine-tuning of the small valve really makes the pad work well for a side-sleeper.

foot pump to keep moisture out!
i have an older generation version of this sleeping pad that came with a foam topper sleeve, and i LOVE it. i'm a side sleeper and never feel the poke-y ground beneath me. the foot pump is also great because it's quick and not as much effort vs. blowing for inflation. not having to blow air into it also disallows moisture from your breath to seep into the pad. totally recommend. if there was a wider regular version, that'd be even more desirable! i roll around a lot and have a hard time containing myself to the width of a sleeping pad, but that's with every pad i feel like...

The best pad I've ever slept on.
I went to alot of trouble to buy this pad as they are hard to source in Europe at times.
I bought the Insulated Long Wide Pad.
I've used the pad on a couple of multi night wild camping trips on offshore Islands on Ireland's Atlantic Coast. It has been superb. It is very comfortable and it is lovely and warm. I can't understand it's R rating versus those that Thermarest pads have.
On the subject of Thermarests, I came to the Cosmo from a Thermarest Neoair Venture pad at there is simply no comparison.
Highly recommended pad.

Easy comfort
I bought three lately for my family and one of them leaks... i am hoping that Sail will take it back within the 30 days policy. The other ones are great! Easy and fast to inflate, pack small. Fabric is a bit noisy, but less than some others. I wish there were choice of colours though.

Not great
I invested in this product, and after sleeping on it for 4 nights my back was really sore and stiff. There was no back support. I tried filling it with less air, and more air with no difference. I'm hoping at least it will provide insulation/warmth while camping for it to redeem itself. I am not impressed with comfortability in such a big purchase. I do not feel this product is worth the investment I put into it. Disappointed, and not able to return it because I used it.

Great Pad!
I love this pad. I got the double wide for my wife and I. It’s awesome when you stay at camp sites on climbing trips. I knocked off a star because the double wide pad is does not fit back in the stuff sack with a simple trifold like the directions say. I added a photo of the pad in the stuff sack with the trifold.
