SIA 2014 was the crystal ball into the future of what is to come with winter 2015 snowboarding. Held at the Colorado Convention Center in downtown Denver, there were people from all over the US and beyond in attendance. The atmosphere in Denver this year was wild with over 2 feet of snow dropping in the mountains at the start of the show. We didn’t get a chance to make it to the on-snow demo at Copper Mountain, but we still had a chance to see some killer gear coming out for next snowboard season. Some of the highlights include an in-person look at the new olympic outfits for the snowboard and ski teams, an awesome boot coming out next year from Adidas and some mighty tasty waffles complements of the guys and gals over at Vans.
We collected so much video and photo content with sales reps, owners and riders that it’s going to take awhile to scrub through it all.
