Alas, Ladies, the season we all love to hate is upon us – bathing suit season! We may not yet be in the thick of summer but it will be here before we know it which means one thing, it’s time to get out there and start trying on some new bathing suits. Nothing will kick you into warm weather mode like spending an hour in a fitting room trying on suit after suit after suit.
The super fresh 2014 women’s swimwear season has only just begun and new styles will be popping up on the daily so for the most current availability always go straight to our women’s swimwear pages: shop women’s swim tops here and shop women’s swim bottoms here. For now here is a little list of some of our faves!
Maaji Cruising Eclipse Swim Top & Bottom
We fell in love with Maaji Swimwear last spring and we’re happy to announce that their 2014 collection is even better than last year (we didn’t think that was possible). Topping off our list is the Maaji Cruising Eclipse Top and Bottom. Using the most premium fabrics, these custom sewn pieces are completely reversible and can be beautifully paired with it’s matching top/bottom or your favorite solid pieces. This fun floral print is as pretty as it gets and the deep blues and sea green shades will look good on any skin type. Treat yourself this summer to some of the best swimwear on the market!
Roxy Criss Cross Surfer Swim Top & Boy Brief Bottom in Light Jade Island Dream
For the more athletic lady looking for some extra support, the Roxy Criss Cross Surfer Swim Top is the perfect blend of a sporty fit with that classic Roxy beach girl style. We paired this top with the Boy Brief bottom to also offer a little more coverage and support for those beach volleyball games or choppy days on your paddle board. Leave it to Roxy to find that perfect happy medium!
Volcom Punkers Paradise Crop Swim Top and Full Bottom
The girls at Volcom never let us down and this summer is no different. The Punkers Paradise Crop Top and Full Bottom is one of our personal favorite picks for the this spring season. With a flowy cropped style top, we are sure to see this piece hitting the festival circuit this summer with some high waisted denim shorts. We paired it with the full coverage bottom since we know how active our ladies can be. Now you can play in the waves all day with no worries or wedgies! Flirty and fun yet so classically Volcom.
RVCA Bastian Swim Top and Kupang Bottom in Grenadine Print
Possibly our favorite bandeau top of the season, the RVCA Bastian Top – paired with the Kupang Bottom equals one killer swim set for the 2014 season. Animal print meets floral magic creating a soft yet super sexy pattern that we can not get enough of. This bandeau top has some strappy detail on the back and the Kupang bottom offers a skimpy-to-medium coverage for the girls who are not afraid to show a little extra somethin’ somethin’. Suddenly this summer is starting to look really good.
Maaji Watercolor Blush Swim Top and Bottom
Another Maaji suit makes this list with the bold and beautiful Watercolor Blush Swim Top and Bottom. The bright magenta lines mixed with the 3-D style pattern make this one optical illusion we don’t mind staring at for hours at a time. Offering a little more support with the thicker band under the bust area makes this suit perfect for an adventure on your paddle board or some play in the waves. Just like all the other Maaji suits, this one is also completely reversible so essentially you are getting four suits in one!
Roxy Tiki Tri Swim Top and Sweetheart Bottom in Deep Blue Bali Tide
Rounding out our list is the always classic Tiki Tri Reversible Swim Top paired with the extra stylish Sweetheart Bottom, in a lovely print that’s as blue as the ocean itself. If there is one thing Roxy knows how to do, it’s swimwear, and these girls of summer have perfected their famous triangle top by adding a reversible option and we also can’t get enough of the super sexy sweetheart bottom. Wherever your first sun-filled adventure is headed, we suggest taking this pair with you.
We hope you have enjoyed this little sneak peak of what’s to come for spring and summer ’14. Stay tuned because delivery season is officially here and we’ve got a lot more of this on the way!
