Excellent binding for a beginner. Bought these for my 4yr old son and they were so easy to secure and take off. He was even able to do it himself most of the time.

Highback keep popping off when my son falls, 4x in one day. Any ideas on a fix? Only used it twice and I'm sure the plastic tabs holding it in place will wear out if this keeps happening.

BEST ANSWER: Yes I can help you my son had the same one. We had the same problem with them popping off then realized that I didn't have it set right. When you get it out of the box it looks like it is already set and ready to go but it is not. If you already mounded it to the board you will have to take out the screws so it is no longer mounted to the board. Then push the high backs in where they came but if you look close there is four setting that are behind where you push the nobs in they are there to adjust for different foot length. If you have them in place right you will not see the nobs anymore and they should also not fall off anymore. Then mount the bindings back to the board and you should not have any issues. Hope it works if not let me know and I can send you some pictures of what I am talking about. Good luck!
