Perfect!
I have no issues with these gloves they work great to keep my hands warm and are made from light materials.

Are very nice material and quality. They are a 2 piece glove. I am 6'2" and weigh 210. My hand fit great without the liner but not a chance with it. Have skied a few days with them from temp that range from 50 and raining to 28 and sunny. Hands never got wet or cold. The gloves are standard with a comfy fleece inner sowed in linner and a removable fleece inner liner that I will never use so these gloves will be my warm weather ski gloves. 3 stars because without the liner they are very comfortable and well built.

does the inner glove velcro in?

BEST ANSWER: No it doesn't Velcro but it stays in pretty good but also doesn't pull out the shell when you pull the inner lining out. So very functional. Inner lining is just low end a fleece glove that inst great by itself but is good enough. does the trick stays pretty want for the price point.
Is that color on the knuckles red or orange?

BEST ANSWER: Burnt orange but at times can be seen as red. Honestly depends on the light hitting them
Do these gloves have tethers so you won't drop them when you pull them off?

BEST ANSWER: Is that what those things are? ha, yes. they have a relatively thin elastic band that would do the job.
