Light but does not lock
After watching my kids get in out out of their boots so quickly I thought I would upgrade to a BOA type boot. These are very light and comfortable. They are stiffer than my old boot which is good. My only issue is the twist mechanism for the laces does not lock. On other boots I have seen this ratchet closed and stay tight. These loosen as you ride forcing you to constantly keep tightening. There is a quick release to exit the boot which is nice.

Jet Boots
These boots are a breeze to get in and out of. Really appreciating the functionality and comfort from these pair of boots. I purchased a size 10 and I usually wear 9.5 and 10 shoe depending on the brand. Boots fit well.

Comfortable and nice boots
I bought these for my son and he really liked them. He says they are very comfortable and fit true to size. The only reason I didn't give them a higher rating was because on of the laces broke the first time he used them.

They're alright.
You have to retighten them after every run. They're comfy unless you don't have them perfectly on your shins then they hurt like a knife in the leg.

Great reviews, new system that allows the wide footed (toes, not board size) some breathability for your digits w/o needing to break them in.

i need a 8.5 size boot will this boot fit me. and is it true to size?
Colt Hoffey on Feb 24, 2014
BEST ANSWER: I would not recommend these boots. The sizing is about average I wear a 12 and size 12 in those boots fit fine. However, the boots are poorly made.they do not stay tight and After riding in them for 2 days the laces broke and replacements were very pricey so I sent them back. Hope this helps
Considering they replaced the metal cable with a para-cord like material, is it as durable?
A shopper on Dec 19, 2013
BEST ANSWER: Yes. Also, it is more comfortable, has a lot of padding, and is easier to take off than the old model.
My lace happen to rip on this boot, so I can no longer tighten the boot (making it worthless). How would I go about to fix this so I can use them again?
Tyler L on Feb 23, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Bought these as a gift. Sent question on to recipient of the gift.
is this boot true to size i ride a 8 but i am ordering for next year so i will need a 8.5. would this boot fit me or not?
Colt Hoffey on Feb 21, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Yes they are true to normal shoe size. Love them.
Will i be able to ride a wide board with a waist line of 25.6 with a size 9?
john g on Feb 8, 2014
BEST ANSWER: John, not sure how your question slipped through the cracks but you will be unable to apply the required pressure on the edges with a size 9...stick with a regular width board.
So if my regular city shoe size is 11, should I be getting this boot in a size 12 or size 11?
emmanuel on Nov 17, 2013
BEST ANSWER: Hello Emmanuel,

If you wear a size 11 shoe you should get a size 11 Burton Jet Snowboard Boot.
What is footprint reduction technology - can I ride a regular board with a size 12?
A shopper on Oct 8, 2013
BEST ANSWER: The Burton Jet Snowboard Boot is a great boot, but it can't work miracles. But you may be in luck. A 12 will have the footprint of an 11 and this may allow you to ride a regular board...the Footprint Reduction means that Burton has gone and shrunken their boots to a size lower, while still giving you your perfect fit. Basically it means that if you were to buy a size 10, it still fits like a 10, but it has the footprint of a size 9. This is great for cutting down on toe snags and just adding more overall board control.
