Free Economy Ground Orders Over $50

All eligible orders will be shipped with a 3-6 day delivery. Free Economy Ground shipping is only available in the contiguous lower 48 states (excluding AK, HI, international orders, PO boxes and APO addresses and excludes all oversized items such as Bikes, Wakesurfers, Surfboards, Paddleboards, Water Trampolines and Car Racks.) If billing and shipping address are different allow 1 additional day for delivery.

Please expect 3-6 business days for most shipments and 7-10 days for bikes and oversized items.

2-day Orders

Orders placed before 1 P.M. CST will ship the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or holiday will ship the next business day. If billing and shipping address are different allow 1 additional day for delivery. 2 day shipping is only available in the contiguous lower 48 states (excluding AK, HI, international orders, PO boxes and APO addresses and excludes all oversized items such as bikes, Wakesurfers, Surfboards, Paddleboards, Water Trampolines and Car Racks.)

If you selected 2-Day shipping (Ground or Air), you will receive your tracking number by 10pm (Central Time) the day after you placed your order. If you placed your order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your tracking number will be available by 10pm Central Time on Monday.

Next Day Orders

Orders placed before 1 P.M. CST will ship the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or holiday will ship the next business day. A number of items require special shipping and handling due to their larger size. Some examples are Bikes, Wakesurfers, Surfboards, Paddleboards, Water Trampolines and Car Racks.

What To Expect After You Place An Order

1. You will receive an Order Confirmation / Email (within 15 min of submitting the order.

2. Economy orders typically ship within 2-6 business days. Expedited orders ship same day (placed before 1 P.M. CST) or the next business day

3. Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number once your order ships. Please Note: during busy season (Nov through Jan) economy orders can take longer to process.

Since the assembly is performed by hand and per order, it may take 6-8 business days for the assembly of your new bike to be completed and shipped.

Our $99 Bike Assembly is here to help you maximize your riding time. Just tighten the handlebars, install the front wheel,pedals and ride! This process is done with care, by our experienced professional technicians to ensure that your bike not only lasts, but most importantly is covered by any manufacturer's warranty.

Our certified team of technicians spend the time to fine tune the bike so you don't have to. During this process, our technicians will go through each of the bearing components, ensuring a solid, smooth ride from the first turn of the cranks. From there, the wheels are taken off individually for the truing process. Making sure your wheel is true is key to prolonging the life of your rims, and ultimately your whole bicycle. After this happens, the rear wheel is installed with care to make sure that the chain is tensioned properly and that the free wheel of the bike is in proper working order. The brakes are then adjusted and tested for reliable stopping power. During the assembly the bike goes through a thorough quality control check to ensure your bike is up to our high standards and yours.

For shipping, the handlebars and the front wheel are removed, hand packed, and padded with your bike's frame to ensure the safest possible transport. Since the assembly is performed by hand and per order, it may take 6-8 business days for the assembly of your new bike to be completed and shipped. *Any accessory order with the bicycle such as pedals, computers, fenders or racks will not be installed prior to shipping. Accessories can get damaged in shipping and will need to be installed by the customer when the package has been delivered to its final shipping destination.
