Note: I have not used them on the slopes yet.
I got 163 cm. It is exactly as tall as me (5'8")
They colors are even better in person and bindings come off of it, and look difficult to put on but look quality. Very fine, great looking finishing on them as well. I ordered them from The House and they threw in a 90$ retail watch and 90$ retail headphones with it as well! It was a great surprise when opening the box :) Was very happy I got this, will update after I hit the slopes. The watch and headphones are quality too! Grenade headphones and nice brand watch.

what weight limit will these bindings support? I'm 230lbs

Obviously weight and ski length are directly correlated. For someone 230lbs most ski companies will put you on something more in the mid-180 ski length. For these K2 Amp 76 177 length skis... you will be right at the weight ceiling. You could ride them, but not with peak performance.
1st time ski buyer always thought k2 skis were good want to buy a good ski what would b best brand volki or atomic?

There is a metric ton of personal choice here. Are you looking for powder, all-mountain, twin-tip, or nothing specific skis? What level of skier are you? All of the companies you mentioned are making excellent stuff... and these K2 Amp 76 skis are great. For a moderately aggressive... say intermediate skier looking to travel all over the mountain my favorite skis of the last few years are here:
