This board is awesome. been riding it since it started snowing in Utah. Its a all mountian bomber that hooks up in the ice like a freight train on rails.

I love this board! All you gotta do is THINK about turning and the magna-traction rails slice into the mountain so sweet, it'll make you wanna smack yo mama! I went up on a really choppy day with a light snowfall over old snow and ice and this board handled the transitions with ease. It also floats really nice in the deep stuff in the trees. At high speed, there's virtually no chatter, and I left my punk-ass skier friends in the dust. They were all,
"Oh no, Roger! He's going too fast!"
"Do the pizza, Chad! Do the pizza!"
Buy this board. Shred. Get chicks. Repeat.

I'm 5'5 and 180. Will the 156 be a good fit for me?
mas713 on Nov 3, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Hello, the 156 Krypto Magtek would be a good fit for you. Thanks.
How does this compare to the XV? Love my one magtek. Looking for something longer, faster, and better in powder.
Snowhunter22 on Jan 19, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Good question. The XV is built for big mountain, powder riding. The Krypto Magtek is also going to be good in powder, but more moderate. The XV is built with a super directional shape, and a really stiff feel. Go with that if you want an extreme ride. The Kypto Magtek also has a super directional shape, but is a little less stiff. More laid back - the Krypto. More hard charging - the XV.
