I am all my. Leaning to do every thing, I seem to hit ice alot.... I am 180 to 200 pounds and size 10.5 boot I was thinking a 158 help me please?

Snowboards are largely sized by weight... as a result 180 - 200 can change the length you want quite a bit. At 200lbs you will most likely want a board in the range of a 160cm to 163cm length. At 180lbs you will want a board more in the range of 157 to 159.
