Description: Lib Tech Cold Brew Wide Snowboard

Crack open a cold one after a long day on the slopes with the Cold Brew Wide Snowboard from Lib Tech. This men's snowboard features mild rocker between the feet that transitions into camber underfoot to give you reliable edge control in all conditions for a fun poppy ride that is perfect for any part of the mountain. With a medium-stiff flex, this snowboard gives you the power to charge downhill without being too stiff. A directional shape slightly widens the nose to help provide float in powder. A 75% aspen core provides the strength and durability you need while an additional 25% paulownia wood makes it super light and a little more flexible. Triaxial and biaxial fiberglass glass reinforcements offer torsional stiffness and durability while birch sidewalls keep the core dry at all times give it a longer lifespan. This snowboard's Magne-Traction tech and serrated edges extend subtly to bite into hard snow and icy conditions so you have unmatched edge control. An extruded base is super durable and doesn't need to be waxed so you can spend less time maintaining it and more time riding. Perfect for both sides of the mountain, this intermediate-advanced wide snowboard from Lib Tech will have you shredding groomers and surfing through the backcountry.

Awesome board!
I am so in love with this board! I went from a GNU B-Nice in a 148 to this Lib Tech Cold Brew in a 145N and it has changed my game of snowboarding. The edge hold is UNREAL and it flies! So fun!! I would recommend this board to anyone who is looking to upgrade their board from a beginner to an intermediate/advanced board, and to anyone just wanting to improve their skills.

149N Awesome versatile board!
If you're looking for a stiff, directional board that rides it all this does the job! I ride the 149N. Different feel than a lot of other women's boards but overall I love it. I'd rather not ride a groomer on it, but that's just me. I spend most of my time in the trees and bumps and this board is awesome for that! It's solid landing small hits and rides switch perfectly fine for a directional board. It's mostly my powder board and is absolute blast on soft, deep stuff. Edge hold is unbeatable without being catchy.

This is the first board that I actually put effort in to choosing based on my skill level and riding style. I have to say Im super stoked with my choice. The only thing I wish Id done was get one size larger (I got the 153 instead of the 157). Other than that its a super playful and agile board that has done well in all the terrain Ive been in so far.

Feels heavy/clunky; go with a smaller size than you think you need
I got this snowboard as a powder/free-ride board and to be honest, I'm not too stoked on it (even though the graphic is insanely cool). The magne-traction on this board, along with it's wider widths, makes this thing heavier and clunkier than you may think. Feels too grabby , more-so than other Lib-Techs with magne-traction (mainly because you wan't to slide into your powder turns, not get your edge caught on every piece of snow in your way). I'm 165lbs, 5/10", and I got this board in 157. That's near the size I normally ride and this board feels really heavy. So if you're set on getting it, I recommend getting it in a size lower than normal. Doesn't float as well in the powder as advertised and the stance options are set farther back than they should be. Still trying to get used to it but honestly, you should just spend the $ and get a higher-quality Lib Tech like the TRS or TRice-Pro which will tackle powder well as well as everything else.
