Description: Burton Mystery Malolo Snowboard

The legendary flying fish, reborn with the lightest and fastest construction in the Burton lineup.

The original surf-inspired champion of free-floating precision is back, and now with a mysterious facelift. The R&D department went to town on the legendary Malolo and gave it Burton's highest-end construction. Now this classic high-flying powder gun is super light, super fast, and ready to hover from one stash to the next. The super slippery Methlon base is the fastest in the line, and pairs nicely with our top secret Mystery technology. Don't ask what's inside; just strap in, feel the weightlessness, and let it fly.

Graphic Story: Once again, veteran Burton photographer Dean "Blotto" Gray's pristine landscapes serve as the graphics for the Family Tree lineup, with tonal imagery shot right here in our home state of Vermont.

How does this board perform on hard pack as compared to a traditional all mountain board?

BEST ANSWER: Actually really well. It's poppy and bites down with a good edge with the directional camber profile. The most unique thing is how light weight it feels - it's mind blowing how light it is!
