Great Pow board
Great powder board. No leg burn, nose stays up, great speed, surf like turns. Did 3 days in Jackson on a cat and rode perfect powder 3 days.

Been riding for 30 years. I'm 40 now. Worked in the industry and rode just about everything. My everyday board is a Vapor...I have 2 from the last 7 years or so. I ride about 20+ days a year...not bad for a beach bum in So Cal.

The Cloudsplitter is a perfect board to add to your quiver if you ride pow.

Snowboarding as it should be
Tried it out in Whistler. Pow or not, this thing rips. Super surfy, responsive, and very lightweight. Not too stiff, not too soft, just the right flex imo. Downsides? Tail is much shorter then on a twintip board, so it will probably take some time to readjust your ollying off the lip of a kicker. Rotations can be tricky too - nose has more swing weight. But c'mon, this is not a park board, it was made for divine powder. Very good board overall.

Sick powder stick but rips everything
Rode this bad boy for 3 days in mammoth after a storm, shreds like no other. Floats through powder like nothing, no need to worry about leaning back like any other board.

Even when not in powder this thing rips, will do everything as long as you don't take it in the park.

how well does this ride switch?
A shopper on Jan 16, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Better than when it's ridden regular, especially in the park. The Cloudsplitter is perfect for locking in Switch Nose Presses.
