i weigh 190 at 5'7 is this board good for me?
tweezy on Mar 22, 2016

The Burton TWC Pro Snowboard is a great board, and has a suggested weight range between 135-175 lbs. If you have size 10.5 boots or larger you'll probably have toe/heel drag because the TWC Pro has a waist width of 24.6cm.

You might want to check out the Burton Custom, it has a wide range of lengths and widths. View the Burton Custom HERE:
Is this board good for freestyle?
Nathan L on Jan 28, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Overall yes. However, if you're a taller or weight more than 170 lbs, it may not be the best choice.
This question is directed to Guf. How is this board compared to Shaun's earlier operator, how has the board changed with the rider? Would it be reasonably competitive for USASA slalom, giant slalom, and cross? Kessler isn't an option.

BEST ANSWER: Yo Stephen!

That's a great question. Besides graphics the TWC has remained unchanged since Burton removed the Lightening Bolts in 2013.

From 2014 - 2017 The Burton TWC Pro Snowboard has had...

Directional Shape
Camber Profile
Directional Flex
Dualzone EGD
Triax Glass
Carbon I-Beam

The TWC would be a great board for alpine and SBX - especially with it's narrow 24.6 waist width, but if you have a size 9.5 boots or large toe and heel drag will be a problem.

An option I've always pressed riders towards is the Burton Custom X. The Custom X is more lively, more stable, and far more aggressive than the TWC. It comes is a huge range of sizes and width options too. If you can't ride a Kessler, Oxess, or Donek the Custom X is the way to go.

Thanks for reaching out!
