Great begainner board with room to progress
46 years old and new to snowboarding.
I wanted something name brand, top of the line. After short research I chose Burton 162w. Burtons self reviews are accurate. Entry level board with room to progress. I did not want to spend time on hills falling down and getting hurt. This board is easy to ride, and keep under control. I notice I spend a lot of time on my edges, this is to bleed of speed because I’m not comfortable with that yet. My third time out I started to get the board more flat and was comfortable with the speed. I feel I have room to progress with this board, BUT will eventually grow out of it “maybe”??
Its just a great board for beginners and i am in control of it. I did buy burton boots with freestyle bindings. So everything works well, and I appreciate that.
The House, had a great price with free shipping EVO cannot touch that.
