Im 6ft 1, 165 lbs w/ a size 12 boot. would the 155 w be a good choice?
John H on Dec 9, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Yes, you need a wide cause of your foot size and I have a buddy that rides a 155 and he is 6ft 4. I think it is all preference as to the size of board you like. As long as you fit in that weight range.
Would you recommend the 155w or the 158 standard to someone that is 5'10, 155lbs with a size 10.5 boot (ride lasso)?
Hawkzy on Nov 21, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I think either would work. I am about your size (5'9" 170 with size 11.5 boot.) I like a smaller board so I went with the 155W.
I risen with a size 12 boot what width will work best for me. I might buy size 11 boots as the ones I have are a little big would a width of 263 be too big for size 11 boots?
Brad F on Nov 26, 2017
BEST ANSWER: No a waist width of 26.3cm would not be too big for size 11 boots. The Huck Knife Wide is amazing - awesome choice!
Torn between the Salamon Huck knife 2018 & Capita DOA 2018, I like the specs of the Capita more, but my biggest concern is I'm a size small 13 boot. The Capita wide width is 26.0cm while the Huck Knife wide is 26.3cm. For someone who's 6'3 200lb with size 13, I've experienced heel and to drag and I just am wondering if these 2 wide boards will do the trick or should I go wider?
Malik R on Oct 14, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Yo! Good question. With a size 13 boot definitely get on a wide. The difference in width between of the 158cm Huck Knife Wide (26.3cm) and the 158cm DOA Wide (26cm) is only 0.3cm. That .3cm isn't much of a difference, it's only .11" - that's 11/100th of an inch. If you like the specs of the DOA, get it.
