Would a 156 be too small width and length for me? I’m 6’ 190lbs with 11.5 boot but like to hit the trees a lot so a shorter board is preferred.

You can definitely ride a 156. The 25.9cm waist width will be wide enough for an 11.5. I will point out, however, that this board is definitely designed more for terrain park than it is for trees/powder. If you are looking for a smaller powder board that can easily weave between trees, there are plenty of great options found here:
