Description: Ride DH2.6 Wide Snowboard

The DH2.6 Wide Snowboard is the top of the line when it comes to high performance boards. Whether you want to do a few tricks at the park or crank out the top speeds over smooth slopes and straightaways this is the board to get the job done. One of the DH2.6 board's advantages is the well-made wood core. The dense wood is powerful enough for superior momentum but light enough so that response and handling are not diminished.

I currently have the Ride Buckwild and love it. Im looking for a board that is a little less park oriented and will do well in trees, powder, groomers and have good pop. Im comparing the ride DH 2.6 and the Ride Arcade. They seem to be very similar boards. Can you tell me which would be better for what I am looking for that won't be "too similar" to the buck wild that I already have?

The Ride DH2.6 Wide and the Ride Arcade are very similar boards, both have a twin shape, hybrid camber profiles, and tons of pop. There is one major difference, their weight. The Ride Arcade is much lighter because of the UL Steel, UL core, and UL Base.

Both the Ride DH2.6 and the Ride Arcade will feel pretty similar to your Buckwild, but with much more ollie pop.

If you're looking into a board for all mountain thrashing look no further than the ride Wild Life and the Ride Slackcountry. Both float in pow and rip groomers. Check then out below:

It says base color may vary, so if I order this board what other option(s) of base color should I be aware of of receiving?

Snowboard companies will never guarantee the base of a snowboard... and thus we cannot. It is explained well here: Your base will be some variation of the colors shown here, and the graphic will be exact.
I ride with a size 13 boot, I'm worried that the 157 (w) will be to hard to control? Any help her?

BEST ANSWER: I rode a size 12 with this board and it was close, but my burton boots heal to toe are longer than say some of the DC boots. It will be close, might want to measure length of boots and check board specs or ride a 159w. Hope this helped at all
Wat is the differnce btween the dh2 and the dh2.6?
Marvi on Nov 12, 2016
BEST ANSWER: The biggest difference between the Ride DH and the Ride DH2.6 Snowboards are the following is that the DH2 has Carbon Array 5 nose and tail laminated and the DH2.6 has Pop Rods 2.0 nose and tail laminate.

They both ride very similar with lots of pop and quick edge to edge transitions.
