Description: Burton Malolo Snowboard

Malolo riders thank the heavens that there are people on this planet who honestly hate powder. A true deep-snow surfer with a heart for freestyle, the Burton Malolo Snowboard 154 shreds the entire mountain, spins off cliffs and kickers, and slashes from stash to stash with uncompromised float and flow precision. While others complain that there''s too much snow, Jedi''s like Haakon, Nico, and DCP are riding a powder-fueled battering ram, hot-lapping the misties ''til their eyes bleed.

All right, the Burton Malolo snowboard, one of my most favorite snowboards in the line up. A little more of a quiver snowboard, if you will, in that you are going to want to purchase this, in addition to your ride-every-day type of snowboard.†This guy is designed for powder.
If you notice the shape, it has a taper where the nose is wider than the tail. In this case, it is 20 mm wider in the nose than in the tail. What that gives you, much like the super model we saw earlier, is float in deep snow. So your tail sinks , so your nose stays afloat. And it really relieves the pressure on your back foot. If any of you have been in deep snow, you know what it’s like when you have to lean on your back foot, to keep your nose afloat. Well you get that leg burn and that leg pump going. You won’t have that nearly that much with this snowboard because so much of the work for you. So you can enjoy a full day of riding in the trees, in the deep. And you will be stoked.
Graphics were done by Thomas Campbell again this year. Kind of cool, artsy -fartsy, surfer inspired graphics I guess. It comes with the channel system., power fly chord, centered WFO base. This thing is a blast. If you haven’t been on one, I highly recommend checking one out, you will be stoked. If you are that kind of person who lives out west or rides out west a lot, this is the way to go. This is a blast. So check out the Burton Malolo snowboard. It stands for flying fish. So I hope that makes sense to you, right on, that’s your Burton Malolo snowboard.
