Is the Rossignol Angus amptek a good board for someone who is looking to do more freestyle riding on groomed slopes?
Joe H on Dec 4, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Hello Joe H, the Angus Amptek is a great option if you are looking for an all mountain freestyle board. It is great for carving on hard pack as well as playful in the park. Thanks.
Hello I'm 5' 9", 165, i have size 11 Burton Custom boots will the 157 Angus Amptek work for me as a intermediate ride without too much boot overhang?
Brandon P on Jan 11, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I recently bought this board and I have a size 11 too and I'm probably an intermediate or beginner rider but this board is smooth at high speeds, turns really good and is all around a good board. There is a slight overhang but I haven't had any problems yet and I'm really happy with this board
Does this board come prewaxed and tuned or do I need to get it waxed/tuned before my first day on the slopes? Thanks
A shopper on Oct 19, 2016
Most snowboards (including this Angus Amptek will arrive pre-waxed and tuned from the factory. The original wax and tune is not the best however, and I usually suggest you fully wax your board by the 3rd time out. The more you wax your board the better performance you will have and the better protection for you base you will have.
if im 180lbs.. will 157cm be okay? tyring to find the size chart but doesnt show angus amptek.
tmoney on Feb 6, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Hey Tim... You may want to find a size up for the best fit - like a 159-161cm.
What is the flex on the 1-10 scale? Thanks
A shopper on Jan 26, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Good answers Jason, it's right in the middle.
Hello, I have a question regarding boot sizing.

My mondo foot size is 27.6cm (usually a 10.5 Nike sneaker). Will I have problems with the 25.2 cm width of the 159 cm board? Thanks for the help!
Carlos P on Dec 27, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Hi Carlos. Good question. Depending on the type of boot you have and whether it has shrinking technology - it could fit. If you're concerned, you can always get yourself a wide board. Here's the Angus Amptek in the 2016 wide model -
Good Day,
I am trying to buy this board & Rossignol bindings from Australia but it is said they (Rossignol) do not ship outside the US. Is there any way around this? This board is my baby & I can't her anywhere else.
Morgan K on Dec 20, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Hey Morgan, you're right, we aren't allowed to ship Rossignol out of the US. One way that I can think of would be to have it shipped to someone in the States and have them forward it to you. It is a great board so I wish you the best of luck!
Hi There, just purchased the 159 Angus. I am 5,10 and around 200 pounds. I wear size 10 boots (burton shrinkage size 9?). I received the board and it appears to have a lot of toe and heel overhang. Do you think the waist width of 252 is too small?
Jason W on Dec 9, 2015

Looks can be deceiving. With your size 10 (shrinkage 9) boots you should be good to go with the 159cm Rossignol Angus Snowboard's (rad board) waist width of 25.2cm. Rip it!
